The French Riviera offers a multitude of sights to see and things to do: concerts, opera, museums & art galleries, world-renowned casinos, open-air films and concerts. It's world famous art galleries house collections which include Matisse,Chagall and Picasso. 

The coastal and surrounding hill/mountain scenery with its myriad hilltop villages is stunning, set against the backdrop of the majestic Alpes. 

Nice / Promenade des Anglais area

Nice, the lively capital of the Cote d'Azur, offers not only 6km of beaches, but also one of the loveliest promenades in the world. 

An array of inviting cafes and restaurants and nightlife. Visit the traffic-free zone in the centre lined with bistros cafes and late night shops, as well as the Old City's winding streets with its picturesque bistros and boutiques.

Shop in the Old Town for those Provençale gifts. 

The Petit Train departing from the Promenade is a 40min tour of the old town, Chateau and port. 

The Grand Tour of Nice on the open top double decker bus takes 1hr 30mins and runs every 30 mins. 

Local excursions by bus include Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Menton, Monaco/MonteCarlo, Ventimiglia on the Italian border to name a few.

The spacious lounge/dining area has original parquet flooring. The settee converts to a double bed. There are two armchairs, coffee table. The apartment is equipped with a large flat screen television with access to a few English news channels, DVD player, a telephone for incoming calls and free wi-fi internet access. 

The dining area, has a table with 6 matching high backed chairs. 
The designer American style kitchen has a granite worktop, marble floor and is fully equipped. 

Walking through the corridor the main bathroom is on your left and has full sized bath, with shower, toilet, and large sink. There are also built in storage units, and a washing machine. 

The two bedrooms are at the end of the corridor and have parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes and beautifully chosen furniture. The main bedroom is en suite with two single beds, can be joined to make 180cm(71") bed. Likewise the beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a 160cm(63") double bed. Both bedrooms have direct access to back balcony. 

There is a security safe for storing all your valuables in the apartment. 
There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment for the winter months. 

Further details outdoors: 
Two balconies (as previously mentioned); one with panoramic views over the Bay of Nice, the other provides peace and quiet with views of neighbouring gardens. 

You will never tire sitting outside and watching the world go by. Boats, people, cyclists, roller-bladers, or people just taking in the air. 

Although you have sound of the world outside, once the French windows are closed, you are in total silence. But we prefer to hear the sound of the sea lapping onto the beach at night!

Upon booking, a 25% deposit is required. 

Full and final payment 8 weeks before arrival date. 
Payment directly into French bank account or by Euro cheque to owners. 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. 

Our local English/French speaking representative will meet you on arrival at the apartment, explain the facilities and provide you with the keys. They can also purchase some basic provisions for you should you require. 

Conditions

Linen and towels can be provided, laundry charge as follows:- 
Double bed: 20 euros 
Single bed: 15 euros 
Bath and hand towel: 5 euros per person 
Beach towels: 2 euros per person 
Payable in euros on arrival. 

There is an end of stay cleaning charge of 85 euros for stays of 3 to 5 nights. This is waived for stays of 6 nights or more. 

A deposit/holding cheque of £250 (or 400 euros) is required in case of damage or breakages, which will be returned within 2 weeks, upon satisfactory check-out and full inventory check upon cleaning. 

Changeover day is flexible. 
Arrival after 16h00 
Departure by 10h00.
