This is a unique 1 bedroom top floor (7th) apartment - the views across the Baie des Anges are stunning and its very large terrace (with fixed canopy) gives the ability for outdoor/indoor living. On entry to the apartment you have a hallway with separate kitchen area - in kitchen you have dishwasher, hob, mini-oven and fridge freezer and full utensils.
The lounge has a good quality double sofa bed and armchair and large flat screen TV - with double doors (double glazed) that lead out onto terrace. The bedroom has a king-size double bed - and a further single bed - and also doubles doors that lead out onto terrace. The bathroom has a bath/shower. There is air conditioning in living room and bedroom.
The stunning aspect of this property is 18 meter terrace (with outdoor furniture) that faces south and is very private and is a true sun bathing terrace.
