You have a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher and oven and full utensils. The livingroom has a double sofabed and 2 further comfy armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. Flat screen full size TV including Sky (with BBC, ITV and sky news etc) CD and Hifi. There is phone (for incoming calls) and ADSL/wifi internet access (free of charge) The livingroom has double doors onto balcony and double window - which makes for stunning views inside or outside the apartment. There is a double bedroom - with king size double bed - storage cupboards and Toshiba air conditioning unit - from the bedroom also double doors onto balcony. There is a large shower-room with full size walkin shower and hand basin. The stunning aspect of this apartment is the full length south facing balcony. This is equipped with 2 comfy chairs 2 sun loungers and a dining table and chairs. The balcony has outside lighting and romantic feel - and is totally secluded with stunning views across rooftops to sea and the chateau - being on the top floor on pedestrian street - it is also extremely quiet. The balcony is perfect for your morning croissant or glass of wine. This apartment is ideal base for someone that wants to experience and enjoy the old town - whilst having a quiet oasis and unique sea views - highly recommended.
